Calibration – Knowing What Good Looks Like

A key to effective implementation of marketing campaigns and sales models is that we all have a common understanding of what good looks like. This is because it is important to be able to spot when people are performing the way we want and be able to positively reinforce their behaviour. Identify when they are struggling and need training input and provide coaching (exploring solutions together) when appropriate. Advance® calibration provides a tool to bring all managers and coaches observational skills up to a level where there is a consistent understanding of what good looks like.
